Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you use the contact or quote form we receive the details you enter: name, business email, company, phone number (optional), enquiry type, product category, part numbers, quantity and your message. We use this only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on the resulting business contact.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you email or call us directly, we process the information you share for the same purposes.

How the form is processed

Form submissions are not stored in a website database. They are forwarded by email to our mailbox using Cloudflare’s email service. The website is hosted on Cloudflare’s network, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare acts as our processor; where data is transferred outside the EU this is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site against abuse.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Where an enquiry leads to an order, related records are kept as long as Dutch law requires for business and tax administration (generally seven years).

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. Email info@partnertubes.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this notice when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
